4. Course Access and Licenses. Upon purchase, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, personal license to access the course materials for your own learning. You may not share, resell, or distribute the content.
5. Payment and Billing. All fees are due at the time of purchase and are non‑refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice.

14. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Summit County, Colorado.
15. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
16. Class Action Waiver. You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
17. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SkillLift regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
18. Waiver and Severability. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
